The Couple

Having met in a raucous bar over 10 years ago at University, Jack and Emma celebrated their love at the stunning Caerhayes beach in Cornwall. Jack and Emma moved from Leicestershire to Cornwall to embrace their love for the outdoors. They have extended their beautiful family with the addition of their dog Wilma! Jack and Emma often go walking, paddleboarding, surfing and even singing and playing the guitar together!

The Wedding Film

This August wedding did not let us down, the weather was warm and perfect. Emma was getting ready in a Manor House, just a short drive away from the venue. The large open rooms mixed with the laughter and excitement for the day ahead made for such an amazing atmosphere. We went to capture Emma’s details and were absolutely blown away when we saw her gorgeous dress. This really is the epitome of a beach wedding dress. With its boho and airy feel, it stood out in the room. We couldn’t wait to see Jack’s reaction when he watches his soon-to-be wife walk down the aisle.

In a small stone-built lookout hut called the Coastguards Lookout, Jack waited patiently for Emma’s arrival. With family seated inside this small building, and the other wedding guests sat on deck chairs outside looking over the coast, it really was beautiful. As Emma arrived in a vintage MG, the guitarist played her entrance. After a touching service, the wedding party gathered outside to sing a rendition of ‘Lovely Day’ by Bill Withers.

Emma and Jack chose our 4K Cinematic wedding film package with the addition of drone footage. This was the perfect choice to capture their fun filled, festival vibes wedding day! As you can see in their teaser, we captured absolutely everything.

The final parts of the day

Down at Porthluney Beach the wedding continued. With a giant marquee, food trucks, and lawn games, you really felt transported to a festival. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed. After some mingling we took Jack and Emma over to Caerhayes beach for a private couples shoot. Capturing them laughing and joking whilst manoeuvring over the sand dunes was great fun, and made for some amazing video content. As the sun was beginning to set, Jack and Emma held each other. Capturing them embracing gazing out to sea tied in so well with the wedding film and we couldn’t wait to show them the results!

“We just wanted to say a big thank you for creating such an amazing video that we will cherish forever. It captured the feel of the day and the happy relaxed atmosphere perfectly.”
