WIN A WEDDING VIDEO +DRONE COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The promoter is I Do Film Weddings
  • You must be engaged.
  • You must have a wedding date in 2019, 2020 or 2021.
  • Your wedding must be in either Cornwall or Devon.
  • Only Richard Jones from the I Do Film Weddings team will be filming the wedding.
  • There is no entry fee, and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  • Closing date for entry will be Friday 20th September 2019 at midnight. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • To enter the prize draw you must do 5 things
  • 1.Like the I Do Film Weddings Facebook Page
  • 2.Like the competition Post
  • 3.Share the competition Post
  • 4.Tag a wedding guest in the comments of the competition post
  • 5.Email [email protected] and in the subject write Wedding Video Competition 2019 and in the message write the full name of couple, wedding date and wedding venue(if you have one) – If you are entering for a friend please write both your name and the couple’s name.
  • The prize is as follows:

*We can not guarantee drone footage on the day due to weather, permissions and access. 

Total package worth £1750

  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • You can get your friends to enter on your behalf to give yourself a better chance of winning, they would also have to follow the 5 steps.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  • Once all the entries are in, the entries with wedding dates that Richard Jones is not available to film will be taken out. The remaining entries will then be picked at random to determine the winner.
  • The winner will be announced live on I Do Film Weddings’ Facebook Page Saturday 21st September in the evening.
  • The winner will be notified by email and/or Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  • The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to I Do Film Weddings and not to any other party.
  • I Do Film Weddings shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  • I Do Film Weddings also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Hand on heart, having I Do Film Weddings was the best money I spent. He had so much incredible content which was great considering it was just me, my now husband and our 2 friends for our elopement.
